Skincare Sales Expert - Macy's Herald Square Job Opening in New York, New york - Seeking passionate customer service driven individuals for FT Skincare Sales Expert with La Mer at flagship Macy's Herald Square. Hourly base plus commission, negotiable based on experience.
Primary responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, offering help, with a friendly enthusiastic personality
- Perform skincare consultations and trained service rituals
- Provide excellent customer service in a very fast paced environment
- Build sales through excellent service achieving sales and loyalty program goals
- Build and foster client relationships utilizing My Client system
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Experience:
- Minimum 3 year sales experience required, luxury sales preferred
- Familiarity with clientelling
- Smiling fun personalities who know how to balance hard work and have fun doing it!
- Passion for skincare preferred
- Spanish, French speaking candidates a plus
- Esthetician license not required, but a plus
