Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with referral sources.

Develop a professional network to build a pipeline of prospects.
Creates and maintains an effective referral network.
Build strong business relationships with prospective and current referral sources.
Strategically coordinates with the Business Development Director to maximize referrals.
Qualifications/ :
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and outside sales in the Healthcare industry.
Bachelor?s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
Public relations experience is preferred.
Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to speak effectively with residents, family members/responsible parties and community members.
