HHA Coordinator Job Opening in Sparta, New jersey - Compassionate Care Hospice (CCH) is actively seeking a full time HHA Coordinator to work for our Sparta,NJ program.
Qualifications:
Creating and maintaining schedules for Hospice Aides
Monitoring Hospice Aide punctuality and performance
Confirming Hospice Aide compliance with Plan of Care and documentation requirements
Resolving problems related to Hospice Aide service
Managing Hospice Aide payroll
Requirements:
HS graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
Background in healthcare coordination or similar scheduling responsibility a plus
Proficiency with HHAeXchange, Excel and Word
Available to work Monday - Friday, 8:30pm to 5:00pm
