Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Portland, Maine - This Accounting administration role is responsible for accurately and timely processing financial transactions, processes billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and postage transactions.
The Accounting role will understand, mentor and follow the company?s Moments of Truth.
Essential Functions
Work with internal staff to manage Work in Process, processing client billing daily and/or according to schedule, ensuring vendor invoices are received and expensed timely accurately. Ensure final bills are reviewed by Client Account Managers prior to distribution.
Process client and vendor transactions including set up, payments, verifying statements and filing timely and accurately
Organize tasks efficiently to meet deliverables on time; notify management when schedules cannot be met or assistance is needed; recommend and implement to minimize delay. Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain confidentiality with all financial information internally and externally
Demonstrate core values of character, competence, courage and teamwork
Establish and maintain collaborative, productive working relationships with functional business area resources including programming, SFX Production and warehouse, client
services, business development, and vendors/clients in order to resolve issues.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of information and materials based on customer needs and objectives.
