We are a full service, restoration company who responds to catastrophes all throughout the nation. We are looking for people who are high energy and hungry to change their financial situation. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to travel to make some serious money, we want to provide you with the tools and training to achieve your goals.
We have taken sales reps making anywhere between $30,000 to $60,000 per year and put them in an environment where they make what they are worth, OTE $100,000-$250,000+ a year.
35k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Responsibilities:
Close sales of Roofing and Siding restoration services using leads generated by the company
Generate new leads by individual salesperson prospecting efforts
Visit with potential clients at their homes where the remodel will take place and give a presentation about our products and services
Create proposal agreements with a scope of work
Develop and maintain customer relationships for follow up close
Work with sales and marketing departments to develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Help create sales procedures and training materials to be used by future newly hired sales people
Meet personal and team sales targets
Qualifications:
Must be willing and able to climb a roof (cannot be afraid of heights)
Must be willing to work on commission
Must be willing to knock doors to generate sales
Must be open to traveling
Very Self-motivated and driven
Must own a cellphone and be open to using it for business
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Compensation package:
Salary of $80K per year is based on the opportunity to close a reasonable percentage of available leads at competitive market sales price. An exceptionable salesperson will achieve much more than this.
Percentage bonus for meeting sales goals or salesperson generated leads
