A successful Senior Leader candidate will embrace challenging and high-?? impact assignments within all business units. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your project management, consulting, functional, and executive leadership skills. You approach the program determined to combine your extensive professional background, academic skills and the knowledge you gain of our business with the expectation of propelling your career and moving into an executive position at The Karis Group. What You?ll Do Our Senior Leader in the EDP will participate in a 12-??month rotational program that provides challenging and high-??impact assignments across functional areas and business groups. Within this program, you will be assigned to each functional area for a period of approximately three months. Upon successful completion of each assignment, you will be assigned to the next group for a completion timeline of approximately 12 months for all functional areas. Upon successful completion of the 12-??month program, you will be assigned an Executive position within the Company. Here?s Just a Snapshot of Your Role Data Analytics: Gain an understanding of how we make decisions based on data analysis of our business functions including, but not limited to, marketing, finance, technology or service. Your analysis will equip you with how our business operates while uncovering new business development opportunities. Process Improvement/Change Management: Analyze operational issues and drive process improvements, conduct internal and external benchmarking, or lead projects that improve the way we manage and grow our business. Strategic Decision-??Making: Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation, develop business strategies that achieve company goals, and manage stakeholders across functions. External Customer Facing: Gain firsthand knowledge from our customers providing you with a fundamental awareness of our business and why we are an industry leader. Functional area assignments include the following: Service Delivery: Learn how the Member Advisors and Patient Advocates deliver service to our members, propose opportunities for improvements to service delivery, training and quality assurance, and lead projects in these areas, Technology: Gain a thorough understanding about how Karis leverages technology in its service delivery and client support, including security requirements, Operations: Become familiar with all the back-??office operations and policies in place to manage Human Resources, Accounting, Facilities, Corporate Communications, Compliance and Vendor Contracts, Marketing & Sales: Work with M&S to understand, contribute and assist in development of our Marketing & Sales Strategy and Tactics. Qualifications Minimum: Requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-??related field + Master?s degree, or an MBA 15+ years related, cross-??divisional business experience demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities 8+ years of experience in a management position, including 3 at the Senior level Makes complex business decisions, accomplishes tasks by utilizing cross-?? divisional resources, inspires others, and demonstrates organizational savvy Able to manage multiple simultaneous engagements while delivering impeccable results Able to quickly communicate business insights from thorough data analysis Thrives and actively participates in a Christian-??owned and operated business environment Preferred: 3+ years in insurance-??related work 3+ years in a sales and / or marketing leadership role Experience with Call Center, Customer Service functions Experience with Operations functions, such as Human Resources and Finance/Accounting What We Will Include This role will be the perfect fit for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare and helping people from all walks of life.
