We?re looking for a full stack engineer with management experience to lead our growing Front End engineering team. In this position, you will have a direct impact on HealthRight?s vision, strategy, and plan, advising executive-level leadership as well as other business units on various technical solutions. You're a great fit if you
Have 2+ years creating and operating frontend applications

What a typical day looks like
Coordinate with Marketing team to analyze, identify, and execute optimizations for specific traffic sources
Debate with Analytics team over how to best track and visualize a new feature's revenue impact
Identify and solve dependency issues between projects to move the business forward
Use agile methodologies to define weekly sprints
Code reviews and pair programming to grow your team?s skills
Strategically utilize and optimize your team to scale with the business
