Junior Mobile Developer Job Opening in Erie, Pennsylvania - Position Summary: To assist in the development of new products and support business growth
Principal Duties:
Assist in the development of software applications for mobile devices
Help with hardware and software development of new data logging and display products
Work with clients to deliver custom engineering projects
Contribute to company-wide improvement of software applications for existing products
Develop proficiency in technologies key to company product development
Work successfully within the constraints of budgets and schedules
Help bring development projects to successful conclusions
Deal directly with customers where required
Maintain an understanding of new developments in relevant fields of science and engineering
Provide technical support to existing customers
Represent Lascar in a professional manner at all times
Regularly report on development activity to the Engineering Manager and other colleagues
Cooperate with colleagues in the US and abroad to build a successful engineering team
Maintain and update Lascar records and databases
Provide assistance to the Engineering Manager and other engineers
Carry out any other general duties that may be required from time to time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Passion for science and technology
Experience in using mobile application coding tools (Android Studio, Xcode)
If possible knowledge of Embedded C, C++, C# and SQL
Good numerical and computer skills ? Microsoft Office, etc.
Reliability and ability to work unsupervised
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to work in a team atmosphere
Professional manner, both face to face and via telephone and email
Ability to perform a variety of tasks associated with a small company
Clean driving license
