Help Desk Analyst II Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Help Desk Analyst II technology is looking for three level 1 it support technicians/helpdesk specialists for a three month contract-to-full time opportunity. pay on contract would be $17.00 to $20.00 depending on experience and certifications. must be open to working any shift as this is a 24x7 environment. all applicants will need to undergo a background check, drug test and credit check. additional it support duties may include: ? imaging and deploying new pcs and or laptops for new employees ? be able to prioritize tickets based on importance, be organized is use of time ? update or create white papers, documentation for process and best practice ? be able to run cable, help install, troubleshoot, break/fix of network hardware to include cisco routers switches or multi vendor environments ? run reports for network and system monitoring ? work with teams for research and analysis of it incidents ? provide exceptional customer service to internal and external end users ? manage and update it inventory and asset tracking system it support technician needs to have: ? 2+ years of it support experience preferred ? required: gaming card from the nevada gaming control board ? comptia a+, network+, security+, or cisco ccent or ccna certifications are highly beneficial ? experience with it troubleshooting and supporting end users over the phone ? experience with detailed documentation and knowledge repositories ? exceptional customer service skills ? ability to multi task or change focus quickly, be able to prioritize in quickly changing environment ? solid knowledge of windows and mac os, microsoft office or o365 ? previous experience working with point of sale systems is highly desired ? must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively, walk, sit, kneel, squat or crawl for long periods of time. all applicants required to undergo background check, drug test and credit check. for more information or consideration for this position, please email your resume to david easter at .
