(ECG) is a leading provider of digital/interactive marketing solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Equipment industries. Much of our work is a combination of video, motion graphics, and 3D animation resulting in elegant, high-end programs that deliver on our clients' key messages to physicians, sales reps and patients. Position Summary: Eveo, currently has an exciting opportunity available for an Senior Account Manager. You will work with an exciting and diverse team, from PhD's in molecular biology to animators from Pixar, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Account Development: * Responsible for maintaining an excellent relationship between Eveo and the client with the ultimate goal of generating new business and leveraging existing business * Develops strategy, and provides tactical recommendations to the brand for full year campaigns. * Ensures that Eveo is included in strategic planning sessions * Fully understand clients business/industry completely from a strategic, executioners and competitive standpoint * Owns specific projects and is responsible for managing client relationships * Oversees project strategy and owns deliverables * Acts as a direct contact for the client; provides day to day updates and status * Manages the client services team for each brand; able to manage multiple brands/teams concurrently Internal : * Manages execution/work-flow management of all projects within a given client account team or teams * Be responsible for understanding and applying ECG standards for the appropriate use and care of client and internal data as appropriate to your role and position within the company. Financial/Business Management: * Gets client approvals, discusses associated concerns/requests * Responsible for profitability of client work/projects * Oversees invoicing for projects * Secures PO numbers from clients Strategic and Creative Development: * Applies strategic insight and judgment to all account projects * Participates in presentation and sale of creative * Constructively evaluates creative Essential job Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities considered necessary to perform the essential job functions adequately. * Agency and pharmaceutical experience -- preferably within an interactive agency or medical education firm environment -- are required.
