Responsibilities: Full-Life Cycle Recruitment Work with Recruitment Manager to prepare sourcing plans and execute to expectations Source and Identify high impact candidates who exceed required expectations Overseeing the recruitment event scheduling and organizing process Facilitating and supervising the interview process Validate and review interview assessments with regards to fitment, compensation, etc. Engage with candidates as a single point of contact Negotiate offers with candidates Manage data and MIS on the recruitment statistics Be able to think on your feet, while also being able to respect and complete each step in the process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management and/or Business Administration. 5 years of experience with technical recruiting and candidate development in a dead-line oriented environment for a technology consulting company or an employment agency. Strong relationship building, communication, and problem solving/analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
