The RN?s and LPN?s will assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in a home environment. The RN?s and LPN?s will demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a RN or LPN
Minimum one (1) year of RN or LPN experience preferred,
Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience preferred,
Current health care provider CPR certification
Copy or updated negative TB results/ Chest x-ray
