Heritage Hospitality Group is a hotel development company that is quickly expanding with over 35 projects completed and over 3,000 hotel rooms across the United States. As this exciting growth takes place, HHG is looking to add high potential, motivated individuals looking to grow to its team to assist in the Investor Relations and Finance segment.
Primary Job Functions
Support the development of and effectively communicate the company's story, including communication of financial results and short and long term strategies regarding hospitality development.
Act as a translator of the business strategy and results and to drive understanding and accurate financial modeling by financial stakeholders
Assisting in data collection, analysis, writing, editing and production of disclosures according to established schedules
Assisting in bank and loan processing with multiple development projects.
Providing organizational, contract, logistical, and administrative support for investor calls and meetings.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with investors. Closely monitor published research, ensuring it is accurate and factual
Create original content for investor meetings, future projects, and investor update(s).
Coordinate quarterly earnings calls and individual analyst and investor calls
Remain well-informed of industry and competitive developments and provide briefings to the company management.
Manage content and calendars for Investor Relations web page on company website
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2-4 years of experience in investor relations, finance or relevant experience with the hospitality industry and development fields preferred.
Know ledge, Skills & Abilities
Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial statements
Proven track record of verbal and written communication skills and building strong relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a focused listener able to work quickly, thoughtfully and collaboratively with different personalities
Ability to be diplomatic and resourceful and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Sense of humor, high self-motivation and confidence to challenge the status quo
Ability to prioritize projects on tight deadlines, while paying careful attention to detail
Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills and ability to quickly learn IR platforms and research programs
Strong work ethic and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel, primarily within the US
