Experienced Sales Rep Job Opening in Tempe, Arizona - Summary: Responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience to all customers of the retail store. You must thoroughly know, understand, and be able to effectively communicate our products and services to customers. As the face of the company and T-Mobile to our customers, you must engage all customers with professionalism, courtesy, empathy, confidence and infectious enthusiasm to build trust as their wireless consultant.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Function as a face of the company and T-Mobile to all of our customers, providing prompt and courteous customer service. Engage customers using consultative selling skills to build rapport and ask lifestyle questions to understand their sales and service needs. Educate customers through effective product demonstrations. Provide a complete solution recommendation to meet and their sales and service needs. Effectively and completely execute the customer on-boarding process.

Provide best-in-class customer experiences that result in positive long-term customer relationships.

Effectively work and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Proactively engage in learning the effective use of store tools and systems to support and enhance the customer experience, including but not limited to: Right-fit Guide, Customer Wait Time Management Tool, Point-of-Sale and Customer Account Management. Minimizes customer complaints through effective customer service in accordance with 2B Wireless and T-Mobile policy.

Cultivate an environment which supports 2B Wireless and T-Mobiles values. Take an active role in personal development through utilizing company tools and resources. Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations with store and district leaders.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned personal sales goals.

Support operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect the store?s assets. Ensure cash drawers are reconciled accurately on a daily basis.

Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment, including sales floor, back room, and restrooms, at all times in accordance with corporate policy. Ensure that visual merchandising of the sales floor is appealing to customers while adhering to 2B Wireless and T-Mobile brand standards.

Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to the appropriate 2B Wireless and T-Mobile department and personnel immediately in accordance to 2B Wireless and T-Mobile policy.
*
Support and participate in marketing efforts to increase business and store traffic through activities including, but not limited to outbound calling campaigns, retail outreach events, store branding events, and community outreach events.

Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology. Stay current on products and offerings and know and execute the sales techniques necessary to sell them.

Perform any and all opening, mid-day, and closing duties in accordance with company policy, which also includes entering all processed transactions into the company?s sales tracking system (RQ4).

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to work at other retail locations as the needs of the business may require.* Attend all required company meetings, including but not limited to: Monthly all-hands meeting and company or T-Mobile required training sessions or events.
