Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Tucson, Arizona - Immediate Hire for Full-Time Inside Counter Sales Representative
RWC Building Products is the Southwest leader in building materials providing outstanding value and uncompromised service. We are currently interviewing for a full-time, Inside Sales Representative in our Tucson location.
This position entails providing assistance to customers in person or over the phone as they purchase materials they need.
Responsibilities may include:
Determining customer needs and recommending solutions and products
Up-selling additional products and supplies as appropriate
Addressing and resolving customer concerns
Specific qualifications include:
Background in building materials sales (roofing, flooring, etc.)
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Basic computer skills
Detailed and service oriented
Organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (Spanish) helpful, but not required
