We are seeking a passionate technologist and hands-on programmer who is hungry to learn and work with a range of languages and technologies in a cutting edge environment. The team is building new systems using Scala, Java 8, Elixir, Clojure, Erlang, Haskell, etc.)
Skills / Experience Required:
Expertise in object-oriented programming, design and development skills (Java 8 preferred)
Strong experience in functional programming (Elixir, Clojure, Scala, Erlang, Haskell, etc.)
Strong algorithmic skills
Kafka, Cassandra, Mesos, Spark is all a plus
Interest and drive to work on greenfield development projects
Desire to learn and work in a collaborative team
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar (Masters Degree is a plus)
