Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Orange City, Florida - Looking for a fulltime bookkeeper- Some of the duties include:
Match packing slips to invoices, contact other three offices for missing paperwork
Fax invoices and post invoices/credit notes in our two bookkeeping systems ( and intact)
Print daily reports and payment copies from bookkeeping system () and match with invoices
Maintain Excel sheet for quarterly use tax payments
Copy monthly Amex statement and all receipts for accountant. Help getting missing receipts.
Help as needed with distribution of notices (e.g. 401K and insurances)and other miscellaneous tasks
