We are a well-established pool construction company seeking a dedicated, organized, positive team player to assist office manager/bookkeeper and eventually take the bookkeepers position. SOLID bookkeeping experience is an absolute must. Familiarity in ALL aspects of construction, especially AIA documents, is a big plus. CenterPoint accounting software experience preferred but not required. We will be changing over to QuickBooks in the near future. Must be able to multitask under strict deadlines and exercise a high level of maturity in a sometimes high stress environment. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00.
