Accountant II Job Opening in Lakeland, Florida - Experience:
Three (3) years or more of general accounting experience in areas including: Payroll, AR, AP, FS preparation, Job Cost, and GAAP accrual accounting
BS in Accounting
Ability to maintain confidential information
QuickBooks experience desirable
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
Excellent written and oral communication skills
SaaS company experience preferred, but not required
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Invoicing
Preparation of Sales orders
Sales Commissions
Provide backup for payroll
Preparation of Journal entries
Assist with Month End close
Project accounting
Provide backup for Cost proposals, RFP and Contract price reviews
Preparation of Property and Sales Tax returns
Preparation of government censuses
Fixed Assets and Depreciation schedule maintenance
Liability and Worker?s Comp insurance audit schedules and support
Other duties as may be required

Salary: $36,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
