Applicant must be willing to: ? Be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies ? Must be registered with ABOR and have MLS access ? Must bring a positive attitude to work ? Excel proficiency is preferred but not required ? Adaptability and prioritization are a must for this opportunity Property Manager Duties ? This opportunity will require a part time commitment of 20-30 hours per week ? Coordinating maintenance and repair work with our team of contractors ? Marketing properties for lease ? Drafting legal documents i.e. TAR leases ?
