Medical Billing Job Opening in Salem, New hampshire - Rapidly expanding company is looking to add a seasoned Medical Billing/AR clerk to their team! This role is temporary to permanent for roughly 3-4 months. Modern, on-site fitness area and cafeteria is available for use. Title: Medical Accounts Receivable/Medical Billing
Location: Salem, NH
Pay: $14-$16/hr based on experience (Flexible on top end with strong background)
Hours: 8AM-5PM or 7AM-3:30PM (Your Choice)
Days: M-F
Availability: Temporary to Hire (Approximately 4 Months)
Job Duties:
Resolve outstanding accounts
Prepare and submit appeals to 3rd party insurers
Deal with denials and claim follow-up
Reference available resources for accurate billing and reimbursement
Follow-up with insurance carries regarding outstanding claims and provide carriers with missing information.
Notify Team Lead of any insurance updates or changes that may affect clientele
Work within a team environment in an efficient manner
Ability to change focus on special projects for specified client
Working hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM M-F
Skills:Requirements:
--Denied claims experience a MUST
--Familiarity with Insurance carriers and Appeals
--Familiarity with HIPPA preferred
--Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
--Familiarity with ERP and Accounting systems (Proprietary system)
