Accounting Clerk/ Bookkeeper Job Opening in Cairo, Georgia - Cold-Formed Steel Truss Fabricator located in Cairo, GA is accepting applications for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial, and Administrative tasks.
The Candidates responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing various reports and reconciling bank statements. Candidate will also run and must be proficient with Quickbooks Accounting Software to process business transactions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Weekly Cash Flow, Disbursements, Expense Vouchers and Receipts.
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting (Construction Accounting Preferred.)
Proficient in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Competent in Microsoft Office Databases and Quickbooks Accounting Software
Hands on experience with Spreadsheets and Reporting.
Aptitude for numbers, accuracy and attention to details.
Must be well organized and have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline drive environment.
Must have a willing, eager and can do attitude.
College degree is preferred.
