Real Estate Sales (Berks, Chester, Montgomery County) Job Opening in Reading, Pennsylvania - Are you a motivated, independent, people oriented person who wants to be the boss of their paycheck and time? Do you want to make $60,000 a year for 20 hours of work each week? $100,000+ for 40 hours?
We are a growing real estate company looking for someone to meet with sellers and negotiate with them to sell their house directly to us.
This job is NOT for someone who needs constant supervision, feedback, and direction. You will be given top notch sales training and then be expected to launch yourself from there. Previous Sales experience is required.
This job is NOT for someone who likes to dominate conversations with their own stories. A successful person will be an excellent, active listener. You like talking to people and figuring out what makes them tick. We can't pay top dollar for houses, but we provide incredible value to sellers in distress. In order to figure out how to do that, you have to uncover their problem and how we can solve it.
This job is NOT for someone who wants to be in an office every day. You will get a list of 1-3 appointments for the day, and will be responsible for making sure you?ve got your information prepared and show up ready to go . After the appointment, you?ll remotely log your notes and pictures in our online system.

This position is not location dependent, but must live within Chester, Berks, Montgomery or Lancaster county to make daily travel livable. Locations you are likely to require travel to: West Chester, Phoenixville, Pottstown, Norristown, Reading, Coatesville, Ephrata, Lancaster and any place in between. We are looking for a candidate that is centrally located in these counties.
