The ideal candidate would need to be a outgoing, 'hungry', a self-starter, extremely motivated, a quick learner, excellent listener and be comfortable guiding Realtors to discover whether our services are needed, without sales pressure. Warm, caring, driven personality and positive attitude are essential. Must be outgoing and friendly on the phone, and demonstrate very organized, logical and methodical thinking. Candidate should also be creative with ideas for obtaining new clients.
This is a relationship building position which involves scheduling sales consultations and presentations for the CEO, in addition to uncovering new avenues to connect with potential clients. The position also requires tenacity and sensitivity while performing consistent, systematic follow up with interested agents. Impeccable data tracking skills are essential. Candidate must be assertive, confident and engaging as well as a reflective listener in order to identify and assess the needs of the potential client.
