Entry Level Sales Representative Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Elite Solar Concepts serves the valley with residential and commercial solar solutions. This position is based out of our Scottsdale location. Our goal is to expand into 2 additional Valley locations, San Antonio, TX and Denver, CO by close Q4 of this year.
In this role, the Entry Level Sales Representative will quickly grow into a leadership role within the company. The Sales Representative will then develop relationships with our other sales representatives, provide exceptional mentoring support, retain open communication with corporate office regarding trainings, sales statistics, team goals, etc. and increase weekly sales from each entry level sales representative on your team.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Grow client base by closing a minimum of 3 new clients a week
Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools such as Podio, Sales Rabbit, etc.
A strong understanding of territory and pipeline management
Act as advisor and coach on best practice in prospecting, account and territory management
Sales Representative Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree
Minimum 3+ years proven consultative sales experience in sales (outside, retail, inside)
Ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide solar solutions to residential and commercial customers
