Assistant There is an opening for a self motivated, professional individual who has great communication and customer service skills, is organized and efficient with multitasking. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, taking payments and calling customers. General clerical duties including sorting mail, document prep, data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, supply inventory and ordering.
