Accountant Job Opening in Peoria, Arizona - Job Summary:
A trading company is searching for a driven individual to become their Office Manager / Accountant. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Headquarter Financial department. The individual will provide financial information that will assist the General Manager in making informed economic decisions regarding the business operations and the future direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day Accounting functions including AP, AR, Payroll, Banking, Fixed Assets, Financial Statement, Month End Closing, Quarterly/Yearly reports.
Assist in all internal and external audits,
Assist in all tax filings, including sales taxes, 1099?s and VAT
Assist in all compliance issues, including all internal control issues
Assist in any accounting software upgrades and/or conversions
Work with the General Manager on operations, minimal administrative and HR functions - contracts and leases.
Work closely with the Sales team on providing sales analysis and reports to executive management.
Accept other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
3+ years of Corporate Accounting experience
Experience in an Oracle is prefer
Fluent in spoken and written in Chinese
Works well independently and Strong communication skills
