General Manager of Sales and Operations trainee Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - Experienced General Manager needed for busy retail clinic location.

Our ideal General Manager of Sales and Operations position is an "in training" position to start and the right candidate will be a high-performing, self-starter who values cultivating and leading a positive, results driven and fun relationship culture (with customers and employees) where respect, integrity, hard work and doing things the right way are rewarded and the cornerstone.
**This is a sales, customer service and management position in a retail business and NOT an office manager position ** Only qualified candidates will be considered.
The Wichita Massage Envy team owns and manages three Massage Envy locations: Wichita East, Wichita West and Lawrence, Kansas

Job Requirements:
General Manager experience - 2+ years required (in a retail sales environment preferred)
Experience leading staff of 20+
Possess strong leadership skills
Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. Our culture is fun, collaborative and high-performing.
Customer service oriented and able to lead and communicate effectively with guests, clinic management, estheticians, therapists and sales team
Customer service and sales experience in a service oriented industry preferred
Able to work flexible days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proven ability to sell
Experience working in a retail or spa atmosphere
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate.
Understand and believe in the benefits of massage therapy and skin care
Excellent trainer and motivator.
You will have a lot of interaction with guests, staff, and technicians. A successful person in this role will have to enjoy leading by example and being a hands-on manager. Our top performers create solutions based on our values.
Training program is 90+ days.

Salary including performance based bonus ranges from $30,000 to $45,000 including bonus'
