Head of Design, Sales and Construction Job Opening in Kansas City, Kansas - A growing construction and remodel firm in Kansas City, Kansas has more potential than we currently have the capacity for. That?s where you come in. You would be responsible for design, estimation and sales functions. You would also be expected to manage the processes necessary to provide accountability and a successful financial outcome. You would oversee all sales operations to ensure accuracy and profitability and to ensure design are met. You will work directly with the Project Managers to review the design elements, site-specific requirements and ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of the quote and project plans. You will also be the primary point of communication for clients, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent design, best-in-class construction practices and overall efficient operations.
Position requires:
Project management experience or construction knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of cost analysis and compliance to project profitability.
Team development and communications are critical attributes.
Professional relationships with all clients
Reliable mode of transportation
