VNA Program Director Job Opening in Keene, New hampshire - VNA Program Director manages the daily operations of the VNA. Recruits and assists in the training of program staff; evaluates the program and staff performance. Assists in the interpretation of Agency services to the general public and to the referral agencies. Manages the program budget and assists in its preparation and collaboration with the CEO and CFO. Ensures program compliance with legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nursing Degree with Masters of Science in Nursing required ;
Five years of experience in Home Care, two years in a responsible management position; or
a combination of education and experience that is determined to be equivalent to the above listed education and experience requirements.
Possession of a current State of New Hampshire license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to relate to elderly and disabled homebound individuals, as well as an ability to work on a team with other human service agency staff.
Valid drivers? license.
