In order to continue our dynamic growth, we need to grow our Proximity Marketing/Business Development team.
Leads are the life blood of our state of the art sales team, and our New Business Team is our bone marrow. You will be doing grass-roots business development, generating leads in the areas that our marketing team has identified as the most fertile ground for growing our business. You will be at the very beginning of our sales cycle, and will jump start our sales engine. This job employs a cold-calling field marketing strategy that will have meeting all sorts of people on a daily basis. You will be trained on our Industry leading products and selling systems that have proven to allow top performers from many different backgrounds the opportunity for both personal, professional as well as financial gains. Average producers will earn $40,000 and our top folks are bringing in over $80,000, with tremendous growth opportunities as well as benefits including health and dental insurance.
Job Requirements
College degree or 1+ year of sales experience
Comfort working with high activity, short sales cycles (1 call close is ideal)
10 or more years of being confident, outgoing, competitive, persistent, plus the willingness and desire and ability to communicate with all types of people.
Comfort being outside doing cold calling
