Essential Functions
Quickbooks entry ? monthly, quarterly, annually
Bank reconciliations
Quickbooks trouble shooting
Payroll/payroll tax deposits
Sales tax filings
Quarterly payroll forms: 940, 941, TWC, W-2, W3, 1099, 1096
Quickbooks set up for new clients
Assist with special projects, depending on needs of managers and staff
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience as a bookkeeper or controller
5+ years experience preferred
Quickbooks experience
Strong communication skills and professional presence required
