Inside Sales National Accounts Representative Job Opening in Greer, South carolina - GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Inside Sales National Accounts Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships with existing and potential large national retail customers. Providing client and data support, as well as customer service to potential customers. Managing large national retail accounts while working directly under the National Accounts Manager and Operations Director.
CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and implements action plans to obtain large and mid national retail accounts in North America.
Secures in person meetings with large national retailer leads for the National Accounts Manager.
Monitors multi-line phone system and ensures direct communication with customers while solving problems to satisfy customer?s needs and issues.
Assist with managing current large national retail accounts.
Process daily sample requests and marketing materials for National Account Manager which includes the preparation of samples, creating and printing of custom literature and flyers, packaging, shipping and tracking of samples.
Assists with data collection and requests of data reporting.
Describes, promotes, and educates Ram Board products to dealers and contractors over the phone with excellent representation of the brand; assists with technical questions and issues; expands customer product knowledge and companion products.
Assists with special project initiatives for general contractors to generate sales to area Ram Board large national retail dealers and retail outlets.
Assists with special projects and trade show preparation for National Accounts Manager, sales team and office staff.
Preforms general administrative tasks including correspondence, emails, forms, assist with editing and modifying correspondence, etc.
Contributes to the outstanding reputation of the company and brand by always putting the customer first; treating other employees with respect and dignity; responding quickly to requests and needs of customers; conducting business with highest integrity and great enthusiasm for the Ram Board brand and company culture.
Works directly with the National Accounts Manager to ensure the proper management and growth of large national retail accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. Possession of at least a high school diploma and a post-secondary degree is required. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess proficient reporting skills and have meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Must possess a valid driver?s license. Must be able to travel to client meetings.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and effective manner with the customers, account representatives, company representatives, management, staff, and the public in face-to-face, one-on-one and group settings. Ability to use a telephone for communication. Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Use office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and facsimile machines. Ability to communicate writing in a clear, concise and effective manner. Sit or stand for extended time periods. Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges. Carry, push, pull, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. of material occasionally. Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to service worksites. Ability to traverse/move on uneven and possibly, unstable terrain. Read at, above, and below shoulder height. Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch. Sufficient manual dexterity required to operate equipment. Sufficient manual dexterity to cut and manipulate products/ materials and use a flashlight. Tolerate inclement weather, including excessive heat, cold, humidity, and rain. Normal range of tolerance to household and other types of typical chemicals and solvents.
