Implementation Manager Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - As the Implementation Manager you will be handling our implementation efforts. You will be working with third parties, software development teams, and negotiating service agreements. You will be working on short-term and long-term projects. Must come across and present well to clients, have product and/or Project Management experience specific to integration and possess great attention to detail.
Duties:
Outline project requirements, manage allocated resources, evaluate project success, guide the efforts of the team ensuring successful implementation.
Complete projects in fast and efficient manner
Support and train customers on newly integrated systems
Present, define and discuss challenges with clients, management and development teams
Document installation best practices
Prioritize and manage integration efforts for successful project completion
Strong HL7 experience
Must be able to write specs
Ability to lead a group and make decisions
Comfortable shifting project priorities
SDLC experience
Experience testing integrations
Comfortable with story board creation and software feature mock ups
Knowledge of analytics and business reporting
Understanding of XML/JSON, SOAP/REST, C# is a plus
Pharmaceutical background is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 yrs Product Integration or Project Management
