Business Analyst (GC or Citizen ) Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - W2 Position need GC OR CITIZEN
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Identify and understand user personas that are relevant to specific products and services
* Work closely with product managers and product owners to understand market and business requirements
* Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver simple and intuitive tasked based workflows
* Write user stories and groom backlogs
* Write functional overviews, including use cases, workflows, and other feature requirements
* Work closely with software architects to understand the bigger picture and deeper integrations impacts and requirements
* Work closely with software developers to plan and execute development iterations
* Work closely with QA to ensure that developed products meet functional, non-functional and usability requirements
* Participate in sprint planning
* Participate in product launch planning activities
Qualifications
* Experienced business analyst, product owner, scrum master or junior product manager required
* True business analyst experience highly preferred
* Knowledge and experience in the engineering and/or construction industry is a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Detailed oriented and highly organized
* Knowledge of software development methodologies highly preferred
* Willingness to travel approximately 10-25%
* Bachelor?s degree preferred
