Overview:
Serves customers by selling services or products; consistently meeting set sales goals & quota?s on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates sales opportunities in existing & new accounts.
Focuses sales efforts by studying product knowledge and sales processes that are historically successful.
Submits sales through company CRM Software and ensuring content is accurate and reflects customers? needs appropriately.
Keeps accurate records of sales progress through detailed documentation of conversations and next steps with customers in company CRM software.
Recommends changes in products and services to customers that best fit their organizations needs to secure new lines of business.
Stays current on competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by taking part of ongoing training and educational tools made available through coaching and mentoring.
You Have:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 9 months sales experience (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as general office equipment
Goal oriented and persistent with the drive to turn every conversation into a sale
Proven track record of good attendance and accountability
Strong attention to detail
Excellent ability to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner both verbally and in writing
Bonus Points if You:
Possess data entry skills
Experience in a transactional environment requiring a high volume of dials
Telecommunications experience
Knowledge of customer electronics, internet/data related products, or computer related products
Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
