ADMINISTRATIVE and IT TECH SUPPORT Job Opening in los angeles, California - ADMINISTRATIVE and IT TECH SUPPORT A West Los Angeles investment company, focused on acquiring value-added retail, office and industrial properties throughout the United States is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with Technical Support knowledge and experience. This is a perfect role for someone interested in being a part of a dynamic and fast paced privately held firm. The firm focuses on under-performing properties and select secondary markets with optimal growth potential, and is poised for aggressive expansion in the years to come. RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Tasks: � maintain inventory and order office supplies � Participate in training and retraining of users, as required. � Make travel arrangements. �prepare business correspondence �organize and maintain document files assist property management group in invoice scanning � Perform related duties as assigned. Technical Support: � Install, repair and maintain technology equipment including computers and related peripherals � Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and adjust technology equipment, phones and other peripherals. � Maintain and organize files in the server. � Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software and network related problems. � � Monitor and maintain the company website, including update of properties in various websites. � Order and purchase parts, equipment, and � Perform related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of: Google Apps �Microsoft Word and Excel Outlook Powerpoint � Principles, methods and procedures applied in the operation of computers. � Basic peripheral equipment, application software and networks; Computer hardware, networking, operating system software and its applications. � Maintenance methods and procedures utilized to maintain the proper performance of computer, peripheral equipment, local area networks and telephones. � Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR REAL ESTATE FIRM A PLUS Ability to: � Perform administrative work such as setting up meetings � Organize files � Assure user needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner; � Communicate effectively in both oral and in written form. � Effectively operate computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment. � Determine origin of computer or network malfunctions and to resolve them. � Train users in the operation of computer and associated peripheral equipment. � Perform general repairs on computer and related hardware and software; � Establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of related experience in performing administrative duties with some IT background.
