POSITION: ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
Process Medicare enrollments and disenrollment?s, consisting of reviewing applications, entering details into system, and submitting information to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (?CMS?).
Review of enrollment information in Marx system.
Research initial enrollment application with the Marketing department to obtain missing information.
Review monthly reports: Transaction Reply Report, Membership Report, Plan Payment Report, and Demographic Report for accuracy.
Inform CMS of all updates.
Generating and preparing of Member?s letters or notices for mailing.
Mailing out ID cards
Handling and resolving Member calls
Retention of members
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have Associate Degree or Higher
Must have minimum of 2 year of Medicare Enrollment experience
Must have knowledge of Medicare guidelines per CMS Chapter 2.
Must be detail oriented. Strong organization skill with attention to detail.
Must be Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent computer skills
Highly efficient in preparing documents, managing data and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong work ethic to meet changes in responsibilities that will take place daily.
Capacity to work independently and as team player
Must have excellent communication skills, Verbal, and written.
Strong Leadership qualities.
