No Fault and Workers' Compensation Supervisor Job Opening in Amityville, New york - Seeking applicants who have strong experience working within the Healthcare fields of No-Fault and Workers' Compensation. Knowledge of both fields is preferred, but not a requirement.
Primary responsibilities include aiding in the overall management / daily operations of the No-Fault and Workers' Comp Department.
- Following up with insurance claims to ensure payment is made according to the appropriate fee schedule
- Working with medical professionals and their offices to obtain patient information and medical records
- Analyzing patient No-Fault and Worker's Comp cases to determine patient eligibility for benefits (Reviewing IMEs, Peer Review's, and WCB decisions)
- Establishing billing protocol based on case eligibility
- with the department to resolve claim issues and billing discrepancies
The ideal candidate is knowledgable of either No-Fault or Workers' Comp, is eager to learn more about these fields and the healthcare industry, and generally enjoys working with others.
