Revenue Audit Manager Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the non-gaming revenue audit and accounts receivable departments and professional development of staff. Leadership responsibility to meet revenue audit and accounts receivable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to properties and other key stakeholders. Leadership responsibility to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are appropriately defined and accurately tracked to maximize and improve services provided. Key communicator with property finance regarding SLA performance and to ensure correct operating procedures are adhered to in accordance with SOX, regulatory requirements and internal controls standards.

Primary contact between property finance staff and FSSC non-gaming revenue audit and accounts receivable staff.
Communicates with various property management personnel.
Communicates problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner.
Promotes, develops and maintains effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met.
Promotes an effective relationship between the department, the operating property and other departments and to ensure effective operational processes.

Performs all other job related duties as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent and/or ten plus years of progressive non-gaming and accounts receivable leadership experience.
Five to seven (5-7) years of revenue audit and/or accounts receivable related accounting supervisory experience.
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, basic office equipment, and 10-key.
Clear understanding of change management abilities. This should include participating in the development of solutions which require comprehensive shifts in operational practices.
Proven decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to guide design and strategy for use of electronic system tools to improve process, mine data, and extract and report data.
Able to lead and mentor a team to achieve optimal results.
Must possess an in-depth knowledge of internal and accounting control procedures for non-gaming and accounts receivable operations.
Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation communication skills (in English) and demonstrated ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Show initiative to strive for continuous improvement.
Strong team player that has a direct approach and is solution-oriented.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
ARM certification (Accredited Receivable Manager)
Able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
Ability to prioritize based on urgency and lead team through high volume and stressful time periods.
PREFERRED:
Previous knowledge and experience with gaming and financial systems including ACSC, CMS, Micros, Infogenesis, LMS, Lawson, DataMagine.
Previous experience working in a similar casino resort or Financial Shared Services Center setting.
