Position: Operations Manager
It?s been a year since we opened the doors at our first location and our company has already seen incredible positive growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and energetic Operations Manager to grow with us at our Las Vegas location!
The operations manager is responsible for front reception duties, contributing to membership growth and marketing efforts, as well as general oversight of gym operations, all in order to ensure an excellent client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guide prospective customers through a tour of the facility.
Assist clients through the sign up process, schedule sessions, and handle all client payments
Use of Mind/Body system, including troubleshooting
Manage email and phone correspondence for all business inquiries
Handle all deliveries, orders, mail, and inventory (incoming and outgoing)
Oversee coach schedule and have knowledge of all events, including high-profile athletes training at or visiting the facility
Keep all social media accounts updated on programs, events, and client success
Input expenses into accounting software
Perform light housekeeping tasks (emptying trash, ensuring towels are washed and available for use, sanitizing equipment)
The Ideal Candidate:
is educated in a relevant field (marketing, communications, hospitality, sports)
has knowledge of marketing strategies and social media promotion
has prior customer service experience in the fitness industry, preferably in facility management
is experienced with Mind/Body software (preferred, but not required)
is interested in youth, collegiate, and/or professional sports
has an understanding of basic accounting
is welcoming and passionate about creating the optimal client experience
is detail-oriented and well-organized
is a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to new software
is dedicated to keeping up the standard of excellence that Athletic Gaines is known for!
