Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in South Windsor, Connecticut - Responsibilities:
Review prior day A/R invoices for accuracy
Answer phones and process customer orders as needed
Process customer credit cards
Send customer invoices by email, fax or mail
Domestic A/R collections
Filing
Issue customer credits
Process daily onsite check deposit
Perform weekly A/P check run
Post check and credit card payments as needed
Assist with monthly closing procedures and issue customer statements
Order office supplies
Setup new customers
Requirements:
Knowledge of QuickBooks a must
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills
Customer oriented mindset
Ability to multitask
Team player mentality
Attention to detail
