Responsibilities
Financial reporting and statement reporting (cash and accrual)
Manage mortgages and escrow accounts
AP/AR
Lease management
Oversee Assistant Property Management Accountant(s)
Building owner and tenant communications
Requirements
Accounting degree preferred
Full general ledger experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
