As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to consistently increase Aaron?s customer count and revenue. Successful Sales Managers are effective in communicating and tracking daily, weekly and monthly sales goals for their store. Each day you will orchestrate your staff in providing ?Memorable Experiences? for every customer. You will also be regularly merchandising your showroom so that our customers can easily envision enjoying the benefits of owning Aaron?s products. Our best Sales Managers are adept at following Aaron?s proven system and delegating tasks to their staff to ensure we fulfill our promise of total satisfaction for each customer.
