Full-Time Inside Sales Reps Wanted (High Commissions) Job Opening in Lehi, Utah - Our office in Hollywood, FL is growing rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, dog-loving Telephone Sales People to join our Puppy Concierge team. Our Puppy Concierges help families around the country find their perfect puppy by explaining the PuppySpot placement process, providing additional requested puppy information and asking qualifying screening questions to potential puppy parents. In this role, you will work with warm leads only - you won't be doing any cold calling here! We provide our employees with training and sales support and believe that the success of our Puppy Concierge team is integral to the success of PuppySpot as a company.
This is a full-time position in our Hollywood, FL office with health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k match, and paid holidays. This role is paid on commission with a guaranteed minimum.

Skills and Experience:
Telephone Sales experience a must
Experience with high-value phone sales is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up
High-volume call experience is a plus
CRM software experience preferred

Experience or ability to handle a quota bearing position
Commission plus guaranteed minimum experience
