About Us
We?ve been distributing craft and hobby supplies and tools for nearly ten years and we are growing rapidly and we have big expansion plans. We need more Customer Service Representatives to help us in our busy company in Ogden Utah 84401.
We are selling to a growing client base, people who are highly interested in the products we sell and love using them to create the jewelry they love. We are consultative sellers, and developing a relationship with our accounts and helping them to meet their goals with jewelry-making. We help them to learn new skills and give them all kinds of support in learning about new techniques and ideas creating their jewelry. We create videos and training to help our customers and respond to all their questions to help them make the jewelry they love. This is not a hard sell. We are selling our customers tools and materials for the hobby they enjoy.

The Job ? Customer Sales Representative
Our customer base is growing rapidly. You will need to make sure all of our customers are happy and return to us, even those whose order has not arrived yet or been lost, or who have received something that is not the color they wanted.
There is no cold calling involved. Your primary role will be:
Making calls to new customers to welcome them to our service and products (no cold-calling)
Calling customers and warm leads
Using consultative selling to sell to our customers ? no hard sales
Following up on any issues one of your customers has with any orders or sales
Answering calls and emails
You may step in for customer service people if required which will involve:
Taking care of customer issues
Researching customers? issues to find out what happened
Handling the customer?s issues
Making sure the customers are happy
Making sure you get back to the customer within our time frames
Following the rules and guidelines around refunds
Following the steps to locate missing packages
Checking if returned items are in good condition so can go back on shelf and within the required time frame
Handling each situation, even though they can sometimes be a little bit different - some problems are unique ? you?ll need to be able to handle those too

You are great at following rules and procedures
You have some experience in the craft area, like making things at home
You have experience of successfully making outbound sales calls
