Compensation will depend on experience.
This is a part-time position.
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant /Bookkeeper.
Duties include:
Payroll, payroll tax deposits and filings
Bank account and credit card reconciliation
Customer billing, collections and accounts receivable
Tracking and paying sales tax
Keeping up with customer data, and filing customer reports with the health department
General office duties ? phones, filing, email
Schedule will be discussed at interview.
Verifiable Accounting/ Bookkeeping experience required.
Quickbooks, Word, and Excel knowledge is required. Computer literacy is required.
This candidate must be able to communicate and work well with clients, have verifiable references, and pass a background check.
