Inside Sales Support Representative Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - NxEdge Inc of Boise is seeking a qualified sales coordinator to assist the sales management team by providing first line response to all customer service requests. The sales coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer database including the accurate entry of all sales and work orders, maintaining quality assurance web database, and providing administrative support including filing and answering all sales calls.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional customer service and data entry skills and strong oral/written communication skills. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related work experience in a customer service or sales role required.
This is a temp-to-hire positions and the goal is to convert temps between 3-6 months. Once converted you will be eligible for a great benefit package available the first of the month. You will not need to wait through another probationary period before you receive benefits.
