Position Summary:
The Commissions Analyst will support multiple operational, analytical and informational functions for the commission?s team with an emphasis on speed, efficiency and execution. The objective of the position is to ensure commissions are properly assigned to the order placed confirming TBI partners are paid commissions accurately and on time.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Understands departmental responsibilities, policies, procedures, and processes in order to assist the department as needed
Reviews sub-agent questions, concerns, and commission issues
Follows up with Providers and internal support reps on commissioning accounts that we don?t have the corresponding order
Uses Provider tools and contacts to gather missing information for orders and commissions
Reviews and audits current order records to ensure all information is properly added
Creates, edits, and maintains accurate order records in NetSuite in a timely manner
Working with the training department and management, updates and maintains ?Commission Link Number" document and ensures any information is up-to-date from current and newly added providers
Creates reports and summaries in accordance with commission-related projects in a timely manner
Gathers, researches, and supplies data and information needed by commission?s team
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
1-3 years related experience with experience in a fast paced sales environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must work well within a team
Candidate must be an energetic, highly productive and well organized
