We are searching for a hard-working, enthusiastic person with a strong desire to succeed to join our Northern California!
This position will be required to develop a new customer base, effectively present products to new and existing customers and handle the sales cycle from start to finish with success.
ProCrete Resources is seeking individuals with experience in construction products sales of all types, decorative concrete experience, concrete grinding or polishing experience to fill Regional Concrete Sales positions in the Bay Area/Northern California. Sales Representatives are compensated off performance with unlimited residual commission potential !! This is an opportunity to build a business within a business for the right individual.
ProCrete Resources Inc. concrete sales reps provide job site support, help with technical product selection, give business development ideas, recommend products and processes, and connect contractors with training opportunities.
The dress code is business casual a company polo shirt or company shirt and jeans. Work boots are required for job site visits or demos with products. Compensation will depend on experience and we can create a plan that is tailored to the individual and their experience.

Successful Candidates will possess:
2 years sales experience in any construction products sales or contracting experience
Competitive, driven, and self-motivated personality
High Energy with positive can-do attitude
Able to start and close the sales cycle with demonstrated ability
Strong communication skills
Never say die attitude
